Stable Family Office in Cherry Creek needs a Client Service Administrative Associate Lead.

Job Purpose: 100% IN OFFICE-CFP EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WILL HAVE 3-4 DIRECT REPORTS. RESUME NEEDS TO SHOW PROGRESSION AND LEADERSHIP OF DIRECT REPORTS. The Client Service Associate Lead position is an integral part of our independent wealth management firm, working side by side with our internal client service team members and the clients. Top 10 RIA firms in Colorado. WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF DO NOT HAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND!

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the service team with administrative tasks and special projects. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage data held within Salesforce, including entry and audit

Scan and save documents while maintaining and organizing folders in cloud-based file sharing platform

Accurately complete forms for account openings and bill payment accounts

Will be interfacing with clients who are multi generational wealth in handling their investments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Willingness to help out where needed

Strong attention to detail and high-level communication skills

Highly organized

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Familiar with MacOS system

Knowledge of project and task management tools (example; Salesforce)

5+ years administrative experience (preferred)
