Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Customer Service Representative 2-Contingent for an opportunity with a client located in W. Des Moines, IA.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service operations, focusing on optimizing processes and efficiency
  • Perform moderately complex customer support tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate non-routine issues promptly
  • Interact effectively with client personnel to address a range of informational needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center support
  • Equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education
  • Availability to work one Saturday per month as required

Join one of our local banking/financial clients as a Customer Service Support Specialist in a contract to hire role, starting with onsite training in West Des Moines, Iowa, and transitioning to a hybrid work model. This position is pivotal in providing essential customer service support and driving process improvements. You will handle moderately complex customer service tasks, receiving direction from supervisors and escalating non-routine inquiries as needed. Collaborating closely with client personnel, you will ensure seamless information exchange and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
