Coordinates pre-installation activity with subcontractors and Ferrellgas field personnel. Communicates project status regularly. Draws site plans and submits final plans for permitting with drawings. Obtains files and follows up with permits for construction. Manages the construction process from start to finish including bids, customer negotiation, and permits. Acts as a mediator and liaison between customer, builder, contractor, and permitting agency. Establishes realistic, yet challenging, service standards by geographical area and job type. Provides a level of customer service that fosters customer satisfaction and positions the service center to grow and retain customers. Coordinates resources and employee schedules with operations supervisors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
