The Courier safely operates OSF HealthCare vehicles to provide prompt and accurate pickup, transportation, and delivery of various packages and parcel types, including laboratory specimens, medical supplies, mail and documents, pharmacy, and medical instruments. Maintains accurate records of route activity through manual and electronic documentation; utilizes a mobile device scanner in some settings for documentation and route operation. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current, valid driver's license, with 2 years of driving history. 1 year of prior work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Previous on-the-job driving experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with an electronic shipping system. Ability to multi-task. Effective time management. Must be flexible, responsible, organized, detail oriented, and able to communicate in a professional, courteous manner with customers and co-workers. Position requires weekend and holiday rotation.
