Electrical Assembler(Soldering)

Job Description:
Once properly trained and/or certified, perform specific tasks including but not limited to, soldering, hardware installation, post coating.
Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Proficiently uses computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions.
The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.
Utilize limited variety of microelectronic, electronic, optical, electro-optical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment.
Wire Soldering per IPC J-STD-001 Certified
Intermediate computer skills in terms of typing, navigating screens and learning new software programs.
Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsible for replacement of defective parts, wires, and components, correction of wiring errors, repair of poor mechanical connections, solder joints, reworks mechanical assemblies, reworks post coating or any assembly.
Responsible for rework of solder, weld of all modular electronic units, and solving write-up problems.
Operates electrical checking devices such as ohmmeter, voltmeter, and transistor continuity checker.
Bags and seals equipment.
Work consists of mounting of components, wiring, soldering, cabling, fitting, and adjusting, disassembly and rework of units.
Requirements:
Must be IPC J-STD-001 Certified
