Job Duties

NVMHI has an exciting new opportunity for team member to work for 2 positions on Day shift in our housekeeping department Full Time with benefits maintain cleanliness in the hospital, exchange linens, gather and dispose of refuse, move furniture and equipment around, and identify and report items for repair. The successful candidate must have the ability to lift, stoop, bend, pull, push, reach, and stand for an extended period of time, have knowledge of cleaning methods and tools, capable of following oral and written instructions, and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of NVMHI staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Day Shift Hours: 10:30 am to 6:45 pm with alternating weekends!

Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience in Housekeeping/Environmental Services.

Must have the ability to perform physical requirements for the position such as lifting, kneeling, moving furniture, repetitive movements.

Additional Considerations

Prior Exp in a Hospital Setting strongly desired
