Working closely with campus and medical center technology teams, the Information Systems Analyst assists in establishing coding, documentation and maximizing the overall performance of a variety of software programs used by Occupational Health & Wellness staff to support the department in meeting regulatory requirements related to campus research, Joint Commission, local, state and federal government agencies and others. The candidate will also need to be knowledgeable with processing bills in a complete and timely manner. The Information Systems Analyst will participate in annual budgeting, provide education and training to staff as directed by the department manager. The person in this position has a solid understanding of the scope of work provided by the department and provides technical leadership and guidance that supports clinical operations, project work and other assignments as needed.Minimum Education RequiredBachelor's Level DegreeRequired QualificationsBusiness, computer, process improvement, education and/or experience preferred. Understanding of Six Sigma, black belt preferred or has the basic understanding of the LEAN process and willing to obtain a yellow belt in Six Sigma. Experience with a variety of software programs; project management, data reporting and analysis.
