Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Administrative Professional, BZI/ DAG (SSIO), in support of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff.

This position is based on site at Los Angeles, Space Force Base CA.


Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $116,000 to $127,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidates knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Executive Administrative Professional will provide of administrative support to ensure the proper function of the office including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging, and administratively preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually. Prepare documents in an appropriate format to meet DoD and U.S. Space Force requirements up to Secret classification including, but not limited to staff packages, Task Management Tool (TMT) taskings, reports, talking papers, staff studies, briefings, agendas, reports, point papers/white papers, meeting slides, etc. You will serve as the primary workflow in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, suspenses, and responses using the currently designated TMT.

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Routine administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the proper function of the office including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging, and administratively preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Prepare documents in an appropriate format to meet DoD and U.S. Space Force requirements up to Top Secret classification including, but not limited to staff packages, Task Management Tool (TMT) taskings, reports, talking papers, staff studies, briefings, agendas, reports, point papers/white papers, meeting slides, etc.
  • Serve as the primary workflow in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, suspenses, and responses using the currently designated TMT.
  • Track meeting action items from all assigned meetings and report daily status of tasks


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
  • Bachelors or MA / MS degree preferred.
  • 3-10 years demonstrated experience in related field is required.
  • Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work closely with teammates and customers across internal and external organizations.
  • Knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force and Space Force, processes, and procedures as it relates to their functional responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
  • Experienced utilizing Microsoft tools
  • Experienced using TMT helpful.
  • Possible travel CONUS or OCONUS.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to lift in excess of 25 lbs, standing for long periods of time, traveling across base regularly, transporting equipment, etc.
