Contact Center Operator - Full Time


Job Details

The Contact Center Operator functions in a fast-paced environment answering calls for multiple primary care and specialty practices. Assures that each patient interaction is carried out with courtesy, care, and consistency while performing a variety of tasks to appropriately handle the patient/caller's requests. Tasks are related to appointment scheduling, telephone call triage, and gathering all appropriate information.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the patient/caller.
  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient/caller's requests.
  3. Making outbound calls, which include, but are not limited to, rescheduling, and confirming appointments as assigned by management.
  4. Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with patient.
  5. Use sound judgment in handling calls and de-escalating upset callers.


Location: In Person!
