Be the frontline contact with our customers before and during scheduled cruises. Coordinate special requests for all passengers. Support ongoing sales operations. Assist with payment and reservations. Handle all guests concerns with understanding and curtesy. Adhere to American Cruise Lines' policies. Provide the best customer service to our guests. Problem solve any issues that arise and provide a solution. Qualifications:Strong computer and data entry skills. Superior phone and customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Great administrative and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
