Visiting Angels is looking for a Caregiver to join our team, serving clients in Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Waconia, and surrounding areas. We are in need of caregivers willing to work mornings and/or afternoons, evening or overnight shifts.
The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to perform all the tasks of daily living due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will encourage and remain empathetic to the clients at all times.
Visiting Angels West Metro is currently hiring for all shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight). Priority in hiring will be given to applicants who are available to work weekends. Starting pay will be $18-20 per hour, based on experience. Visiting Angels offers a $2 per hour incentive for weekend shifts of six hours or less.

Responsibilities:
Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments. Prepare meals and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
