Job Description:
Pay Range $20hr - $21hr
Responsibilities:
- Support the processing and fulfillment of key orders by cutting keys, packaging and shipping.
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using a standard keyboard.
- Type in data provided directly from customers.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost/
- Communicate with consumers via phone regarding product inquiries and technical questions with a daily phone shift.
- Resolve Zen tickets generated from customer support needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as data entry clerk.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management software.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, ability to work well with a team of professionals.
- Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk.
- Candidate must have attention to detail as well as accuracy.
- They will be inputting contact information for customers, as well as working on the warranty side.
- If a customer receives a broken part that is under warranty, this individual will notate what is wrong with the product.
