Role Overview:

Could you be our next Reinstatement Auditor? Globe Life is looking for an experienced Reinstatement Auditor to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and assisting in the development of all new Reinstatement representatives. Utilizing auditing techniques, the Auditor will monitor and report the effectiveness of employee training to ensure that all representatives are properly equipped with the knowledge and tools that are necessary for their success.

The Auditor must have a good working knowledge of all Reinstatement rules and processes to ensure transactional processes are completed accurately. The Auditor must keep abreast of all new additions to the program and changes within the company and/or department to aid in keeping the representatives up to date on all relevant information. Additionally, the auditor will handle backing up all Reinstatement Processes and Reporting, compiling data for Bank Draft Success Audits and tracking, being the primary resource for Premium Adjustment Waivers requested through OKC and assistance in WOP Reversal processing.

This is a remote, work from home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the continued 100% audit of all Reinstatements processed.

  • Provide feedback on errors found and direction on the correction of errors.

  • Document and report on all audit functions to report trends.

  • Meet with managers regularly to aid in pinpointing areas of training needs and opportunities.

  • Meet with managers regularly to stay informed about any changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and/or technologies.

  • Assist in the maintenance of all training materials for the Reinstatement Team.

  • Participate in user testing of all new application systems before implementation in the Reinstatement Team.

  • Assist in full reinstatement processing, as needed.

  • Ad Hoc Task (other duties as assigned by management in line with job duties/expectations).

What You Can Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

  • Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred.

  • Prior reinstatement experience in an insurance setting required.

  • Prior audit experience is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of internet business.

  • Ability to learn new computer systems.

  • Teamwork – Committed to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals.

  • Possess a professional and friendly attitude and able to quickly develop a rapport with team members.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Meet/maintain key performance metrics and quality assurance requirements.
