Salary $60,000 TO $100,000 base salary plus commission and benefits

Opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant / search consultant to develop their career into exclusive / retained search. The position sits within the new Denver offices of an established UK retained search business.
Requirements are a solid track record as a 360 recruiter within industrial / manufacturing / automation markets. This includes winning and delivering on business, ideally having fee generated / billed between $200,000 to $400,000 annually. Ideally four years plus experience.
Organisation is an established specialist retained search firm based with headquarters in London. Global offices include Denver, Signapore and Australia. The growth strategy for 2024 is to hire hungry billing consultants from agency and train and develop them in the art of search. Best practice / gold standard approach to recruitment, friendly and approachable owners, relatively KPI free culture, hybrid working. Realistic targets for first 12months as you find your feet in search. Average fee is $38,000
