What You Will Do:

Customer Service Representatives in our Front Desk department are the first to interact with our customers and clients and provide them with world famous customer service to ensure excellent service standards. Customer Services Representatives respond efficiently to client inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate departments and maintain high customer satisfaction. Customer Service Representatives must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and collaboration skills are necessary.

This is an entry-level position with 12 weeks (or less) of customer service skills training. Once you understand our Self-Directed IRAs, our customer service model and fully follow our philosophy, you will be eligible to apply for internal positions.

Four positions available in Houston and Austin office Pay: $15-20/hr DOE

* Exhibit strong customer services skills while managing substantial amounts of inbound and outbound calls

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

* Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and clients

* Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer and client inquiries

* Resolve customer and client complaints when needed

* Take and relay messages; check voicemails

* Process incoming faxes and emails

* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary

* Manage and develop client relationships and deliver world famous customer service

* Verify all documentation requirements are met and accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or Salesforce

* Participate in and comply with all required firm and regulatory continuing education provided by Quest Trust Company

* Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned

What You Will Need:

* High School Diploma required

* College Degree preferred

* Professional appearance

* Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred

* Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize

* Must be able to work well in a team environment

* Willingness to grow and accept new challenges

* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position

* Excellent customer service

* Must be adaptable

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
