eCommerce Associate
University Frames, Inc. is a growing custom diploma framing company that is looking for new additions to our team. We are seeking a full-time eCommerce Associate who will contribute and assist the eCommerce Lead and various departments to maintain a healthy online presence. This position requires great communication and organizational skills and is someone who can consistently manage a flexible workload under minimal supervision in a casual yet professional office environment. They must be eager to learn and will perform a wide variety of duties to succeed.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for adding new products to our eCommerce website.
Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
Creates content for our product listings; includes writing and visual content.
Maintain consistency between our product listings on various platforms.
Responsible to assist in order processing and order tracking.
Complete customer and retail orders on a daily/weekly basis.
Ensure that existing and new product listings are properly managed and maintained.
Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience in information technology or business.
E-Commerce: 2 years (Required)
Working knowledge and experience with Amazon and various eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of computers and photo upload capabilities.
Good writing and research skills, as well as being articulate.
Photography and Photoshop experience preferred.
Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction.
Must have complete understanding of CSV import export process, expertise with excel and data management, and resourcefulness to go out and find data where we lack it.
Must be forward thinking, extremely organized and have the capacity to juggle a variety of project-oriented tasks.
Must have strong attention to detail.
