Job Details
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs preventive maintenance and repair on all production equipment including injection molding machines and extruders, and all other support equipment including loaders, blenders, vacuum pumps, chillers, compressors, conveyors etc. Performs building maintenance including Heat/ Air Conditioner, plumbing and electrical. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Adjusts functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. Aligns and balances new equipment after installation. Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Cleans or lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
