Job Details
The Assistant Purchasing Agent is responsible for assisting the Director of Purchasing and Estimating Team with the preparation and maintenance of all base house costs, option costs, material take-offs, and database maintenance. The Assistant Purchasing Agent works in concert with the estimating staff in the execution of its job responsibilities. The Assistant Purchasing agent is expected to build relationships by exhibiting our core values in all interactions with fellow employees and trade partners.
Pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00 / hr

Bachelor's degree is a plus
1-3 years of experience in residential construction estimating -- creating take offs, looking at area plans/site plans, - doing take-offs on sod, driveway, trees, etc.
