Loader/Shipper Responsibilities:
* Break down and distributing product loads to proper routes and make adjustments where necessary
* Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion
* Reports to Market Manager, Sales Supervisor, and/or lead person where applicable
* Unload product from daily transports
* Reload transport with empty trays
* Removes substandard product were necessary
* Separate loads according to the load sheets
* Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes
* Add or cut overages & shortages between routes
* Keep record of stock product
* Record all overages and shortages from each bakery
Loader/Shipper Requirements:
* Must Be able to work 3rd shift hours: tentative shift 12:00AM -8:00 AM (subject to change)
* Off days Tuesday and Saturday nights
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Must have a valid Driver Licenses
* Must be able to pass a drug screening
* Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
* Previous experience in a warehouse position (Proffered)
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
* Candidate must be able to work overnight
