**Position:** Inspector Packer I

**Location:** Fremont, IN

**Pay:** Starts at $16.00, plus $2.00 shift differential pay for 2nd shift

**Shift:** full-time, 1st and 2nd shift operations.

1st: 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd: 3:00pm-11:30pm

**Summary:**

With general supervision, completes assigned tasks within the controlled production environment; including removing and inspecting completed thermoformed product from machines and bagging product per job specifications. Also completes secondary assembly and inspection processes, and performs duties related to offline form, trim, and weld.

**General Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Removes completed thermoformed sheets and individual parts from inline thermoforming machines.

* Visually inspects thermoformed sheets and individual parts.

* Identifies and segregates all non-conforming products per Quality Assurance instructions.

* Reports all non-conforming parts to the Process Technician and/or Quality Assurance.

* Operates scales and stacks and loads individual parts in bags, bins and/or pallets per job specification.

* Completes secondary offline form, trim, weld, assembly and inspection processes.

* Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.

* Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

**Physical and Visual Activities/Demands:**

Standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, reading, writing and talking Carrying and/or Lifting up to 35 pounds

* Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day

* Good vision

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Good manual dexterity and agility

**Experience**

* High school Diploma or equivalent

* 6 months previous production line experience preferred
