Office San Antonio, Texas Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **DOE** Work with estimating assistant at the beginning of the project to outline all pertinent information critical to fulfilling the Bid and avoiding vagueness. Setting up bidders list and Bid form to achieve maximum understanding for the clients Develop/document logical assumptions during conceptual estimating activities, applying these assumptions to takeoff tasks Communicate with project leads to clarify scope of work, materials and schedule requirements Maintain current, working knowledge of MEP codes Prepare scopes of work for subcontracts and suppliers and coordinate mechanical/plumbing scopes of work with architectural/structural/electrical scope Location San Antonio, Texas Minimum Experience Experienced Compensation DOE
