**Description**
This candidate will join our Information Technology department and work directly with the business to provide high-quality project consultation for Monday.com. We are looking for an organized professional to apply self-initiative, technical quality and creativity, with a strong emphasis on customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement.
+ Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for buy vs. build decisions.
+ Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
+ Participate in planning and design sessions with internal business units.
+ Follow best practices to influence design and business processes.
+ Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base.
+ Perform technical analysis of existing reusable software components for inclusion in solution.
+ Lead code review sessions for artifacts delivered by partners.
+ Ensure customizations and plugins are well documented.
+ Develop custom components based on user requirements when appropriate.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ 4 years developing business-user-facing applications.
+ Monday.com admin certification strongly preferred.
+ Monday.com APi certification strongly preferred.
+ Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby.
+ Experience with React (preferred).
+ Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and ability to work with databases such as SQL, Dataverse.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to connect technology solutions to business needs.
+ Ability to work independently.
