Description:
Set up raw bar with different types of oysters and accompanying sauces
Shuck oysters during service behind raw bar
Maintain a clean and well stocked raw bar station throughout service
Break down and clean up raw bar station
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Be able to lift 50lbs
Willing to learn and grow in your position as a shucker
Be willing to work as a member of a team, assisting others when able, requesting assistance when needed
Have good communication skills
Have the ability to arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work for each shift
