**The Impact Youll Make in this Role**
As a Customer Service Recreation employee you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Provide professional activities and service to guests
* Assist coordination AM & PM with activities performed
* Positive support of all safety, quality and productivity programs
* Provide presentation skills and an ability to teach or train
* Responsible for maintaining stock working inventories, requesting replacements
* Strong knowledge of how to operate and maintain recreational equipment
* Control of environmental management process for water and woodland use
* Weekend work (depending on rotation of schedule)
* Working holidays (depending on rotation of schedule)
* Operating machinery, including a company vehicle
* Frequent physical demands, including:
+ Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. (unassisted)
+ Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. (unassisted)
+ Working at heights (utilizing ladders)
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
* Two (2) years of experience in a customer facing role in an outdoor recreational environment in a private, public, government or military environment
* Current, valid Drivers License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Effective communication skills
* Strong presentation skills and an ability to teach or train
* Skills include MS Office experience
* Formal outdoor equipment training/certification
* Possess a CDL class C drivers license with passenger endorsement
