The firm targets companies from Seed stage through Series B that leverage technology to innovate and redefine vertical industries. Beyond providing capital, the firm offers strategic guidance to help companies navigate complex, high-barrier markets. Currently raising a $75M fund.

The firm is seeking a General Partner who will play a crucial role across various dimensions. This role involves direct engagement in fundraising, deal sourcing, due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. In collaboration with the Founder/Co-General Partner, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and expansion of the firm. This role is designed for those eager to drive growth and play a decisive role in the success of a dynamic early-stage fund.
Role & Responsibilities
Ideal candidates should possess established relationships with Limited Partners (LPs) and demonstrate a consistent track record of quality deal flow.
As General Partner, you will:
- Lead and manage fundraising efforts to secure capital from new and existing LPs, ensuring alignment with the firm s strategic growth objectives.
- Identify and attract high-potential investment opportunities in B2B AI and ML software companies within key sectors such as real estate, financial services, insurance, and logistics.
- Actively engage with and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and governance to maximize growth and ROI.
- Utilize and expand a network of industry contacts to uncover investment opportunities and partnerships, and facilitate introductions that benefit portfolio companies.
- Continuously analyze market trends and shifts in the firm s core sectors to inform investment strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and public forums to enhance the firm s profile and attract potential investments.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that advance the firm s mission and expand its market presence.
Professional Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2-3 years of direct venture capital investing in a check-writing capacity.
- Track record of demonstrated deal flow and proven ability to win in highly competitive software deals.
- Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in all aspects of the fundraising process, with a strong network among institutional and family office investors.
- Proven capability to lead investment processes independently, without reliance on support from junior team members.
- Deep understanding of and a keen interest in software applications with specific vertical focus, showing a clear grasp of their impact and potential.
- Demonstrably strong relationships across the broader tech community, contributing to a robust network for deal sourcing and partnership opportunities.
- Highly disciplined self-starter who excels in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments, with a track record of initiative and sustained high performance.
