Job Details
The ideal candidate will have Automotive Manufacturing experience as a manager or supervisor. Lead the production activities of a 100,000 Sq Ft facility with 150 employees over 3 shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and line management to the team
- Coordinate the team's workloads and provide support to ensure that the team delivers
- Monitor any issues and ensure production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met in order to meet the requirements of the customer
- Plan and draw up a production schedule
- Order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
- Set the quality standards
- Monitor the production processes and check schedules as needed
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards
- Implement quality control programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
