Job Requirements: - 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Bilingual- English/ Spanish
- SAP knowledge/ experience
- Able to work independently
Job Responsibilities: - Double-check prices, pallet quantities, lead time, etc
- Cross-check daily order entries performed by co-workers and compare to proof as well as provide one's own work to co-worker for proofing.
- Provides daily information to Brokers on shortages, overages, late or missing orders, etc
- Tracks late orders upon request and provides information to requestors.
- Will perform basic translation between English and Spanish
- Confirms shipments with trucking companies and distributors
- Processes credits and debits.
