Regional Sales Manager- Clean Energy Solutions


Job Details

Role Reports directly to North America Sales Leader for our Clean Energy Solutions (CES) Business, focused on Electrification. This role is responsible for growing & maintaining a sales region from Maine to Florida and over to Michigan. Experience with Manufacture Representatives is a plus but having a technical mindset to be able to sell our products is a must. This role focuses on three main product categories: Contactors, Battery Management Systems, and Isolation Monitoring Devices. The team is growing and we have an excellent support function set in place, to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience. Must live within the territory, local to corporate headquarters in Attleboro, MA is a plus but not required.

General Responsibilities
Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
Responsible for visits to current and potential clients
Leads the performing of routine account management activities
Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service

Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

up to 30% Domestic travel required- Some International travel also required

Base Salary Range:
$97,061.00 - $133,458.60
