We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Installation Manager to join our project team. This critical role involves overseeing the daily operations of telecom, TSS, and light construction project installations. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Project Engineer, the Site Installation Manager will lead a team of technicians and other site personnel, ensuring that installation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all project specifications and regulatory requirements. Location: Extended OCONUS travel to project sites Job Type: Full-time Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required Ideal Skills, Certifications, and Experience: Education: Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field; or equivalent technical vocational training. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or installation managemen t, preferably within the telecommunications, security systems, or construction industries. Certifications: BICSI certification (e.g., RCDD Registered Communications Distribution Designer or Technician credential) preferred. OSHA certification or other safety management certification preferred. Technical certifications relevant to telecom, TSS, or construction. Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical and construction project management processes. Skills: Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: Site Management: Oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring all installation activities adhere to project plans, timelines, and specifications. Manage the deployment of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to high standards. Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and direction during installations, ensuring the correct installation of equipment according to design specifications. Review and approve technical documentation, including installation plans and site drawings. Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as necessary. Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary onsite communication link between project management and field personnel. Coordinate closely with the Project Engineer to resolve any onsite issues that arise during installation. Regularly update the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and resource needs. Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annuallywhich can fluctuate based on the individual's years of experience, skills, and certifications obtained, in addition to per diem allowances, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Additional Information: This role demands flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
