Design Channel Sales Representative - Florida Location: Miami Job Description Cambria is looking for a pro-active, highly motivated sales and relationship driven individual in Florida to help grow our business within the residential Architectural and Design community! The senior-level candidate is responsible for developing, cultivating and growing sales of Cambria throughout the assigned territory. They are expected to provide a superior standard of service to prospects and clients, while marketing the Cambria brand to them and influencing their specifications and ultimately purchases. It will be imperative to maintain sales through consistent outreach with existing customers while simultaneously farming and germinating new opportunities and relationships, maintaining diligent follow-up strategies to drive sales.
Maintaining & Creating Client Relationships:
? Deliver first-class service to all customers in alignment with our brand and reputation
? Constantly architect creative ways to engage and attract the attention of your client through different vehicles and initiatives that continually get the product in front of the client to ensure that Cambria is first in mind when specifying quartz and elevate the brand as a luxury product
? Attend key industry events, participating in organizations that are going to broaden Cambrias visibility in the Design community such as the ICAA (Institute of Classical Art & Architecture) and networking with non-competitive brands to source projects
? Focus on building a broad base of repeat customers and generate brand loyalty
? Be available to meet with clients daily and foster deep-seeded relationships over breakfast, lunch, dinner or at events, Cambria or industry-sponsored
? Territory will consist of day trips and other travel for designated sales within the Florida Market
Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Minimum of seven years of experience in business to business sales, with at least five spent in the residential architectural and design field
Systems: Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software, Concur and Salesforce preferred
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently find solutions
Ability to present the Cambria brand in a professional and sophisticated way that effectively
tells the Cambria story and persuades your target audience
Ability to funnel unique opportunities to appropriate channels in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate and cross-function with all Sales Teams to ensure that Design Firms in various
locations receive exemplary service
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with detail and organization
Commitment to quality and accuracy in all communications and deliverables
Solid and proven work ethic and outstanding organizational skills
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines
Experience in luxury sales solely focused in the residential A & D community with 5 plus years
of experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
Previous B to B sales experience is required
History of exceptional customer relationships
Comfortability in creating and presenting effective, creative and engaging sales presentations
Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
Entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility
Control expenses to deliver best Return-on-Investment (ROI) and maximize profit
Must be able to work from home as needed

Travel Requirements: Travel to customers in surrounding states, trade shows, associations and trips to Minnesota for training. Must have the ability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends. Must hold a valid Drivers License.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.
