Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for a Logistics Manager in Huntersville, NC. Our client is looking for a high energy bilingual (Spanish) Logistics Manager to complete their team.

This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefits, compensation and vacation package upon hire!

Details:

1st shift , flexible hours - starting at 8:30 am or 9:00 am

Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Job Description:

• Lead daily meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.
• Coordinate and negotiate with brokers and vendors.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions.
• Develop and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Implement metrics and KPIs for supply-chain network and vendors.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Logistics Leadership role
• Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
