Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary:
In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Ticket Office Assistant provides exceptional customer service in person at the ticket office on game days for events hosted by Villanova Athletics.
* Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via walk-up orders.
* Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments.
* Other assignments may include but are not limited to the compliance pass entrance, will-call distribution, and scanning operations.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ticket Office staff.
Requirements:
* Experience in an in-person customer service position.
* Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
* Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and possess effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
* Must have a customer-friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups.
* Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed for events, including working all home football games.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events.
Additional Information:
* Athletic ticketed sports throughout the 2021-2022 seasons include: Football, Women's and Men's Basketball, and Men's Lacrosse.
* 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands Summary:
