We're Hiring: Assembly B (1st Shift)
Schedule: 4/10 (4 days, 10 hours)
Shift Start: Between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
Location: Londonderry, NH
Pay Rate: $20 - $32.76 per hour (based on experience)
Scheduled End: 04/11/2025
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly B operator on the 1st shift! You will engage in a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, ranging from skilled hand work to utilizing automated production equipment. Your responsibilities will include wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. You will work with technical specifications and blueprints, making necessary setups and adjustments to meet tolerance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Perform a range of tasks involving both manual and automated processes.
- Technical Interpretation: Understand and follow technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Setup & Adjustments: Hold tolerances to blueprint specifications during setups.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address straightforward problems and issues.
- Wiring & Soldering: Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
Supervision & Guidance: - General Supervision: Operate with moderate peer review and general instructions.
- Communication: Engage within the department to exchange information and clarify processes.
- Problem Escalation: Follow established processes and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Impact & Scope: - Operational Targets: Contribute to achieving team results by working on smaller, less structured tasks.
- Scope: Limited, typically involving task-related activities.
Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
- 2 years of post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years of related experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $32.76 per hour
