SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures tables are set in accordance with company standards.
Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating.
Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
Sweeps or mops as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

All internal and external guests must be treated in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests' expectations
Ability to work effectively with others
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
