*Compensation:* Competitive Pay (Earn up to $1000.00+ per week during harvest season) with built-in overtime. Weekly escalating bonus program to earn an additional $1000.00 through the project.
*Job Overview:* Join our team for the corn harvest season! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Corn Sorter. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to $1000.00+ a week with built-in overtime and the potential to earn an additional $1000.00 through our weekly escalating bonus program. Work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, and be part of a rewarding harvest experience.
*Work Experience *
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Sort and inspect corn for quality and defects.
* Remove any foreign material or damaged corn.
* Operate and maintain sorting equipment.
* Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
* Work efficiently to meet production targets.
*Requirements:*
* Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
* Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
* Prior experience in agriculture or a similar field is a plus but not required.
