Admissions and Marketing Counselor

At New Haven, we transcend the conventional residential treatment model. Situated in the serene surroundings of Spanish Fork in Utah, our campus not only provide treatment but also create a nurturing home for adolescent girls aged 14 to 18 and their families. Our focus extends beyond the ordinary, addressing intricate issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, and mental health nuances. Responsibilities:
  • Sales Engagement: Engage in and record sales activities weekly.
  • Marketing Meetings: Attend weekly Marketing meetings.
  • Sales Accountability: Account for sales activities monthly.
  • Travel: Travel out-of-state and in-state as needed.
  • Sales Reporting: Complete quarterly marketing and sales reports.
  • Annual Reporting: Present annual marketing and sales reports to managers.
  • Target Market Sales: Assist Admissions and Marketing Director in selling to assigned target markets.
  • Campus Tours: Schedule and conduct on-campus tours for prospective students and families.
  • Inquiry Response: Answer inquiries about New Haven's services.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, identifying new markets, and developing marketing methods.
  • Relationship Building: Assist in marketing to educational consultants, private therapists, psychiatric hospitals, other programs, and wilderness programs.
  • Event Hosting: Assist in hosting Extravaganzas and other events.
  • Conference Attendance: Attend assigned conferences.
  • Sales Closure: Close sales with prospective clients.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years old or older
  • Current driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a Utah State background check
  • Must be willing to make a 8-month minimum commitment
  • Willing to get Food Handlers Permit before first day of work
  • Minimum of 1 year with New Haven or 1 year experience in sales or mental health field preferred
  • The position requires experience working in the field of mental health. Experience working at New Haven specifically is preferred.
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field of study is preferred but not required.
