The Position
Maintenance Repair Specialists perform a variety of skilled work in two or more of the mechanical and construction trades in order to repair, construct, and/or maintain buildings, grounds and equipment.
Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform work independently with little or no additional training.
The Maintenance Repair Specialist performs a variety of skilled work in mechanical and construction trades in order to repair, construct and/or maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds. Skilled maintenance repair duties include, but are not limited to, basic plumbing, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, minor electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, and vehicle maintenance. This position is located with Norther Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (NNAMHS) in Sparks, NV.
