**Responsibilities (Essential Functions):**

* Deliver superior in store presence and manage business plan focused on product distribution, placement, pricing and promotional activities in line with established Bellisio Foods guidelines

* Manage customer specific business plans to drive assigned sales and profits goals

* Identify key selling windows, promotional opportunities, and key development initiatives to gain incremental in-line and promotional space

* Develop and manage product level budgets pertaining to sales, margins, program funds, and allowances

* Manage product forecasting for Bellisio brands at Albertsons

* Collaborate with Bellisio marketing and broker teams to identify opportunities to grow our brands and Albertsons sales

**Qualifications Required:**

* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field

* Minimum of 5 years sales experience working with Albertsons Companies

* Positive interactions with cross-functional, customer-facing teams

* Proven ability to manage sales, grow the business, and effectively manage profit and trade budgets

* Demonstrated success implementing and managing retailer specific programs

* Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills

* Self-starter personality able to pioneer new directions and new opportunities

* Ability to travel approximately 20%

**Qualifications Preferred (not required):**

* Frozen Food

* Continuous Improvement

* IRI / Nielsen POS data

* Masters degree

* Spanish speaking

* Results driven (demonstrated above average results)

* Excellent analytical and organizational skills

* Collaborative management style to develop rapport at all levels

* Excellent written and oral communication
