- Starting with a productivity bonus (35% - 40% of collections) from day 1 of employment

- Monday through Friday work week; alternating weeks of IP and OP
- Call is only on the weeks the provider is at the hospital
- Additional boards/certs in echo, nuclear, and RPVI are preferred but not required
- Must be board certified or board eligible in cardiology; fellowship required
