**What Youll Be Doing...**

As an Orkin Administrative Specialist, you will be a Subject Matter Expert and play a pivotal role in our continued growth by providing support for multiple branches.

* Use your expertise to prepare, manage, and maintain customer database by entering new and updated customer account information

* Document information concerning services performed and payments made

* Prepare bank deposits

* Research customer payments

* Review customer financing paper work for accuracy

* Create and maintain customer files according to policy

* Prepare billing for outstanding balances

* Create memorandums, correspondence and various reports concerning branch performance

* Order supplies and review invoices

* Enter, verify and balance branch data for month end processing

* Safeguard customers privacy and other proprietary information

**Youll need to have:**

* High school diploma or GED.

* Strong attention to detail and follow through

* Excellent organization skills

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment

* Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

* Office experience in a service environment

* Customer service experience
