A well established and well reputable HVAC services firm in North & Central NJ is growing and seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and offer solutions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations or repairs
- Advance expertise in refrigeration systems and property maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and boilers
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Ability to plumb and perform appliance repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to Drive and have a Valid NJ Driver's License
