Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Radiology Department. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions such as handling the arrival and/or departure of patients, handling patient calls and inquires, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information and performing point of service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
