**Warehouse Manager - DFW**

Dallas, TX / Operations / Full-time Oliver is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and lead operations at our Carrollton, TX warehouse. This facility currently houses all of the returned inventory for our Dallas and Austin operations and serves as a hub for a team of drivers and furniture technicians. As the Warehouse Manager of this facility, youll be integral to ensuring efficient and orderly use of the space and team. Your management responsibilities will also span across our refurbishment, liquidation, and disposal efforts in addition to other administrative duties. **What you'll do:**

+ Manage the day to day operations of a warehouse which, on a weekly basis, receives numerous floor loaded FTLs, fulfills 100+ orders to customers in Dallas Fort Worth, and refurbishes hundreds of items

+ Establish and maintain inventory management processes to ensure order picking and fulfillment accuracy as well as efficiency

+ Be fully self sufficient with our WMS and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues as they arise

+ Manage the relationship with our West Coast 3PL to coordinate delivery appointments and inventory transfers

+ Serve as the main point of communication between the warehouse and headquarters reporting out on key performance indicators and warehouse operations

+ Lead a move out of our current space, into a new 20k - 30k sqft. warehouse in the greater DFW area within the next three to six months

+ Work with racking vendor to build-out new space

+ Source and stock necessary equipment and supplies for furniture refurbishment

+ People manage all warehouse employees and furniture technicians including payroll, performance, and general conduct

+ Coordinate liquidation efforts with new or existing partners

+ Flag service risks that may negatively impact customer experiences and determine solutions

+ Oversee routine garbage collection as well as disposal of unusable inventory

+ Oversee regular inventory cycle counts and reconciliation

+ Manage applicable regulatory requirements such as OHS

**What we're looking for:**

+ Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management & logistics experience

+ Proficiency with computer systems and technology - we utilize the google software suite (sheets, docs, gmail, etc.) as well as our own in-house built software

+ Adaptable mindset - we are a fast growing company and responsibilities of this position will change over time

+ Ability to lift & move heavy furniture (50lbs+) with help from dollies, hand-trucks, and team members

+ Self-starter who has the intuition to create and implement processes that will have broader impact, will have a role in shaping our warehousing strategy at a national level as we continue to launch in new markets

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 / year, as well as generous equity in a fast growing startup. Benefits: Healthcare and other benefits included
