Description
Job Description: As a Warehouse Worker at XTalk Prep Consultants, you will be an integral part of our operations team. You will handle a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring it is stored correctly and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Skills & Abilities:- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts if necessary.
