This Procurement Manager will get the chance to work under a tenured Director who offers an abundance of experience, knowledge, and guidance. The ideal Procurement Manager will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry although it is not a requirement. Other responsibilities of this Procurement Manager include:
- Implement purchasing policies ensuring compliance
- Negotiating with vendors
- Identifying new supply sources
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Holding supplier performance evaluations
- Managing team, providing guidance and leadership as needed
- Responsible for strategic planning to help reduce costs
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
