**Job Summary**
Our Customer Care Team responds in a positive, energetic and proactive way to questions, requests and concerns that come from current and prospective members.
**Daily responsibilities**
* Communicate with members via phone, email and chat.
* Document communications.
* Handle a queue of various order and subscription handling tasks.
* Document emergent problems, ideas and trends around Second Nature products and services.
* Advocate for members needs with management.
* Project/admin work as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Excellent, demonstrated customer handling skills
+ Kind and articulate
+ Sound the same on your 30th call of the day as on your 1st.
* Retail or business customer experience required
* 6+ months of contact center experience strongly preferred (more preferred)
+ Using CRM software such as ZenDesk or Salesforce.com
* Ability to type 50 WPM
* Good overall computer skills (Mac OS strongly preferred)
* Startup mentality: self-starting, rapid learner, curious about the whole business
* Comfortable with adapting to continuous growth
