Job Details

This locally owned traditional Texas roadside cafe is looking for an Assistant General Manager. They are known for their delicious breakfast and brunch using fresh local ingredients.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
  • Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment


Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food production
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
