This Position:The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, driving, pick-ups, and deliveries.
Responsibilities Include:- Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods.
- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials.
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Verify computations against physical count of stock.
- Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
- May drive to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations or operate other machinery in order to complete tasks.
- Makes deliveries to patient homes in a timely, safe and professional manner.
- Makes pick-ups of equipment from patient's home in a timely, safe and professional manner.
Schedule: - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm- 30 hours per week.
- Must have own vehicle to make deliveries- We offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in area of responsibility
Experience with deliveries to customer job sites preferred
