**Position Summary:**
The Shift Leader has full accountability for developing and maintaining an environment where there is a true commitment and focus on the best service to our guests and highest quality standards. The Shift Leader will work in various positions throughout any given week, and will help with the running of shifts when the General Manager is not present. Wedding delivery and setup with-in the St.Petersburg area, Must have own transportation , must be able to work weekends.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:**
* Abide by all NBC policies and procedures
* Uphold NBC's image and brand
* Deliver cakes in a timely manner
* Run errands for management
* Log mileage
* Present cakes according to NBC's standards
* Stay in touch with the bakery throughout the day
* Drive with courtesy and caution
* Educate individuals about NBC's products and services
* Inform management of any traffic violations, accidents or damage to delivery vehicle immediately
* Inform management of any change in driving record immediately
