Our client, a leading full-service healthcare facility committed to providing exceptional medical care to the community, is seeking a talented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join their esteemed team.

Ideal Candidate: Are you an experienced Medical Lab Scientist? We're seeking top-tier talent. However, candidates with an Associate s degree in Medical Lab Technology, upon completion of a Clinical Laboratory Science program, are also encouraged to apply. While ASCP certification eligibility is preferred, it's not mandatory. AMT certification is also acceptable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree with 4 years of experience (for Medical Lab Scientists).
• Associate s degree with 2 years of experience (for Medical Lab Technologists).
• AMT/ASCP License.
• California CLS License.
• H1B Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will:

• Conduct a wide range of complex clinical laboratory assays.
• Validate the accuracy and reliability of obtained results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and testing issues.
• Perform and review quality control measures and preventive maintenance.
• Report results accurately and fulfill additional assigned duties.
• Conduct procedures under supervisor guidance.
• Interpret test results to aid physicians in diagnosis.
• Specialize in one or more areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, or Microbiology.
• Conduct tests and studies crucial for disease diagnosis and treatment planning.
